Jhoan brings hands-on experience in personal injury law and a strong technical foundation to his role at the firm. He manages intake calls, oversees Google LSA reporting, processes records requests, and provides direct case support to help ensure files move forward efficiently and accurately.
Prior to joining the firm, Jhoan worked as a Billing Specialist at a personal injury law firm, where he focused on requesting medical records, negotiating liens, and securing reductions. This experience gave him a deep understanding of medical billing complexities, lien resolution strategies, and the financial documentation that often drives case outcomes. Earlier in his career, he worked as a mechanical technologist and gained additional experience in customer service and call center roles. That combination of technical precision and client-facing communication sharpened his problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-volume workflows under pressure.
Originally from Colombia, Jhoan values connecting with clients from diverse backgrounds. He understands that behind every case is someone navigating recovery and uncertainty, and he works to help make the legal process feel organized, responsive, and approachable.
Outside of work, Jhoan enjoys riding motorcycles, performing hands-on maintenance to keep them running smoothly, and cycling to stay active and recharge.
