Before stepping into his current leadership role, John Paul worked as a Quality Analyst for three years, auditing calls, evaluating performance standards, and developing strategic solutions to address process gaps and recurring issues. His background in quality assurance sharpened his ability to identify inefficiencies, implement corrective measures, and elevate overall team performance.
With extensive experience in back-office operations, John Paul understands both frontline and operational workflows. This perspective allows him to bridge communication between departments and create practical, real-world process improvements. He continues to manage project cases to stay closely connected to day-to-day operations, ensuring the systems he develops are grounded in hands-on experience.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through Muay Thai and surfskating. He also spends time drawing and playing the ukulele as a way to recharge and foster creativity.
