JC joined the firm this year, where he is responsible for client intake, file setup, and records management. With a strong background in customer service and technical support, JC brings a client-focused mindset and a detail-oriented approach to every interaction.

Prior to joining the firm, JC worked as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Technical Support Advisor, where he developed strong communication, technical, and problem-solving skills. His ability to thrive in fast-paced environments has made time management and efficiency second nature to him. Working with major clients such as Bell, Meta, and Caterpillar reinforced his commitment to professionalism and strict client confidentiality.

Throughout his career, JC has been recognized for his leadership potential, earning opportunities to serve as a Subject Matter Expert and later as a Quality Analyst. These roles strengthened his analytical skills, attention to detail, and dedication to service excellence.

Outside of work, JC is passionate about basketball and enjoys staying active. He is also a proud fur parent to three dogs—Uno, Maki, and Allie—and enjoys exploring new food experiences.
