With over 25 years of experience in litigation, Robert “Bob” Clarkson brings a depth of legal knowledge that few can match. His career spans some of the most complex areas of civil litigation — personal injury, workers’ compensation, asbestos defense, and insurance defense — giving him a well-rounded perspective on how cases are built, argued, and resolved on both sides of the aisle.
Bob has spent his career working alongside attorneys at prominent Delaware and regional firms, managing high-volume caseloads from inception through trial.
A New Jersey native now rooted in Delaware, Bob has been with his wife Danette since 2009 and married since 2017. Together they have four children and two grandchildren. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find him at the beach, on the golf course, or spending time with family — and occasionally keeping the peace with their rescue cat, Curly.
