Sarah Green is a pre-litigation paralegal who focuses on making clients’ lives easier by dealing with insurance companies, assisting with medical management, and being the go-to person for clients with questions about their pre-litigation cases. She also helps potential clients in areas of wrongful death, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse/neglect during the initial pre-case investigation.
Sarah studied paralegal work at The University of Georgia and began her legal career in capital case criminal defense. After several years, she transitioned to helping injured individuals navigate complex and sometimes unfair personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.
Sarah realized the need for competent paralegals in personal injury after being injured in multiple motor vehicle collisions herself. Since then, she has gained ten valuable years of experience as a personal injury paralegal, using her unique first-hand perspective to understand how different each client’s situation can be.
When she’s not making clients’ lives easier as a paralegal, Sarah is a mother to her amazing daughter Kadence, an Air Force spouse to her husband Anthony, and a proud dog mom to her English Bulldog, Chou Chou. Sarah is also an avid gardener and self-proclaimed “crazy plant lady.” She enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, crafting, and antiquing.
